INTRODUCTION

GUARANTEE, PAYMENT, EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION AND GROUP CANCELLATION POLICIES

Bookings may be cancelled in writing by e-mail or via the website. In order to cancel your reservation at www.atafonadoperegrino.com, you must keep your booking reference number, as this will be required in order to access your reservation within the established deadlines.

There is no charge for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the date of the reservation. Except for package bookings and group bookings (see Package Policy).
There will be no charge for cancellation of bookings, provided that it is made at least 24 hours prior to the client’s arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the selected package or promotion.

Early departures must be notified at Reception at least one (1) day in advance. In the event of cancellation outside this period or non-presentation at the hotel on the reserved date, the User authorises Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. (the hotel owner) to charge the credit card, whose details have been provided as a guarantee of the reservation, the amount plus tax for the first night’s stay according to the price agreed in the reservation, as cancellation costs and as compensation for damages.

Likewise, Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U (hotel owner) reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as a guarantee of the reservation for services and articles consumed during the client’s stay at the hotel that have not been paid for on the client’s departure.

Reservations of 3 or more rooms made through the website or a combination of other booking channels are considered GROUP bookings and, as such, the hotel reserves the right to process them as a GROUP. The corresponding department of Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. will contact the client to verify and manage the payment of the reservation. Reservations considered as a GROUP must be prepaid in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified at a later date.

Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. reserves the right to use the credit card provided as a guarantee of the reservation to manage the payment of the same.

If the card is not valid, Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. will automatically cancel the reservation.

PACKAGE POLICY: RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Package bookings, such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve and other packages, must be paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or cancelled at a later date.

MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS

Should you wish to modify your booking, you can do so either directly on the website www.atafonadoperegrino.com by entering your booking reference number, which you will be given at the time of booking, or you can contact our hotel on +981554986. Once your booking has been modified, the conditions and services reserved in the last modification will be applied.

If the company Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. is unable to provide the contracted services under the agreed conditions, Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. undertakes to provide the user with accommodation in another establishment of similar characteristics as compensation for damages.

Both parties agree not to claim any other amount derived from the damages caused in the event of early cancellation by the user and the impossibility of Paranica Hoteles, S.L.U. to provide the rooms and the service contracted.

All the prices of the services or offers included on the website will only be valid during the time that they remain accessible to the Users of the Online Booking service, for their effective contracting. Once the reservation has been made through the system, and accepted by the user, he/she must print the Proof of Reservation which will serve as proof of the services contracted and of his/her reservation. If this voucher is not presented at the hotel reception upon arrival, the hotel will not be liable for any error related to the booking. This voucher will contain all the details of the reservation, such as the start and end date of the stay, rooms and services contracted, number of people, reservation price and all other details included in the reservation, and by which the parties are bound.

REQUEST FOR A COT OR EXTRA BED:

Booking requests for a cot or extra bed will be subject to availability by the chosen hotel, who will inform you within a period not exceeding 24 hours whether or not to confirm your request, indicating the price supplement if any. Until such time, your reservation will be confirmed on the basis of the type of room chosen, pending confirmation or not of the availability of the extra bed.
Requests for contracting or booking of complementary services not included in the Online Booking System shall be made directly by the User at the hotel itself.
If one or more of the clauses included in the general contracting conditions of the On-Line Booking System is declared totally or partially null and void, or ineffective, this will only and exclusively affect that provision, with all else remaining subject to the same terms and generating the same obligations.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION:
